5 computer training laboratories equipped with 60 personal computers for 120 workstations
- 12 PCs in each computer training laboratory

Computers of the department are integrated into a local network, which is an integral part of the telecommunication network of NUTU “KPI” and allows to solve the following main tasks:
- User access to internal centralized resources of the university
- High-speed access of users to information resources of global networks through the central Internet node of the university
- Access of “external” users to the centralized information resources of the university
- Distance learning system, etc.

Project Development Plan:
For the development of the material base (renovation, modernization and repair) of the department SPiSKS FPM in the current year planned to spend about 140 000 UAH. UAH 127,393 was actually spent, and UAH 85,133. of which was spent on renovations.
Planned:
- Replacement of computer class monitors №117 / 1 with 20 ”TFT monitors – 12 pcs.
- Replacement of 10 obsolete (2000-2002 year of release) PC) and their transfer to other divisions of NTTU KPI.
- Acquisition and installation of a case for servers – 1 piece
- Equipment of a grounding contour and connection of computer classes to a contour.
- Acquisition of Notebook (ACER Aspire 5920G-934G25Bn) – 5 pcs
- Purchase of USB Flash memory modules (2-4 gb) – 5 pcs
- Purchase of printers – 5 pcs
- Contract renewal MSDN AA.
